Privacy Policy

RoastMyWallets is operated by LoserLab ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The short version: we collect almost nothing.

1. What We Collect

IP Addresses

We store IP addresses in server memory for rate limiting and free tier tracking. These are held in-memory only. They are never written to disk, saved to a database, or shared with anyone. They are lost on server restart.

Wallet Addresses

When you submit a Solana wallet address, we cache it in-memory for up to 24 hours to avoid redundant API calls. Wallet addresses are not written to disk or stored in any database. They are lost on server restart.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, or any personal information. There are no user accounts. We do not track you across websites.

2. Cookies

We use one cookie:

roast_free_used

Type: HttpOnly cookie
Purpose: Tracks whether you have used your free roast
Expiry: 30 days
Contains: No personal data

That is it. No analytics cookies. No tracking pixels. No third-party advertising cookies.

3. Third-Party Services

When you request a roast, the wallet address you submit is sent to the following third-party APIs to retrieve publicly available onchain data:

Helius (Solana blockchain data)
DexScreener (token price data)
RugCheck (optional token risk analysis)
Anthropic (AI roast generation via Claude)

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We only send the wallet address; no other data is shared.

4. Payments

Payments are processed onchain via Solana (and Base for x402 agent routes). We do not process credit cards or store payment information. All blockchain transactions are publicly visible on their respective networks. Your wallet provider handles the transaction signing.

5. Data Retention

All data we hold is in-memory and ephemeral. IP address records and cached wallet data are lost whenever the server restarts. The free tier cookie expires after 30 days on your device. We have no long-term data store containing user information.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not persist personal data, there is nothing to delete or export. You can clear the roast_free_used cookie from your browser at any time. If you have concerns, contact us and we will do our best to help.

7. Children

This Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used this Service, contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
