1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoastMyWallets ("the Service"), operated by LoserLab ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

2. Service Description

RoastMyWallets is an entertainment application. You submit a Solana wallet address, and we generate an AI-powered comedic "roast" based on publicly available onchain data. Your first roast is free. Subsequent roasts cost $0.25, payable in USDC or SOL via Solana wallet connection. We also offer x402 agent payment routes on Solana and Base.

3. AI Disclaimer

Roast content is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). It is meant purely as humor and entertainment. Roasts may contain inaccurate, exaggerated, or offensive statements. They do not reflect the views of LoserLab.

Roasts are not financial advice. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations, or any form of financial guidance. Do not make financial decisions based on anything generated by this Service.

4. Wallet Data

We only read publicly available onchain data associated with wallet addresses you submit. We never access, request, or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet contents. We cannot move, transfer, or modify any assets in any wallet.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are made onchain in USDC or SOL. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. We do not offer refunds for completed roasts. If a roast fails to generate after payment, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect roasts already paid for.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Use roast content to harass, threaten, or defame individuals
• Circumvent rate limits or payment requirements

7. Intellectual Property

The RoastMyWallets name, branding, and site design are owned by LoserLab. Generated roast content is provided to you for personal use and sharing. You may share your roast results freely. You may not resell roast content or use the Service to build a competing product.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LoserLab is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: hurt feelings from roast content, financial losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

In no event shall LoserLab's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific roast in question.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
